He is a MBA(Marketing) & Graduate in Pharmaceuticals from Jadhavpur University, Kolkata and has a Post Graduation in Foreign Trade and Foreign exchange.He joined Alkem Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Mumbai in 1994 -96 and held with Executive marketing position. He was joined on the important Managerial position of Sun Pharmaceuticals. He served as Manager Marketing for various functions between 1996-2004.He is known for implementing and managing highly effective teams, strategies and systems to maximize efficiency and quality.
